All items sold on our website are second-hand and pre-loved unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to describe items accurately and to photograph them clearly, including any noticeable flaws or wear. However, as these are used items, please expect minor signs of use.

3. Allergy Notice / Important Information about Our Products

Please note that all items sold on our website are second-hand and may have been previously in contact with animals or other allergens before being cleaned.

Despite our best efforts to thoroughly wash and sanitize all products, we cannot guarantee that items are completely free from allergens such as pet dander or other irritants.

If you or the intended wearer have severe allergies, particularly to animals, we advise caution before purchasing, as our products may not be suitable.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Payments are securely processed through our chosen payment provider(s).
• Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched.

5. Order Process

• Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed.
• In rare cases, if an item is no longer available after purchase (e.g. due to simultaneous orders), we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship within the UK and Ireland. Delivery to Europe is possible but expect a delay, please contact us
• Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of payment.
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Delivery delays caused by courier services are outside of our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bebedeer.com. We may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund. We may ask you to return the item before issuing a refund. Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Right of Withdrawal (UK customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at hello@bebedeer.com before the 14-day period expires.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received them.

As all items are second-hand, minor signs of previous wear may be present; however, we kindly ask that items returned show no additional wear or damage caused after delivery.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty or not as described.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty:

• Returns showing new wear or use beyond a simple inspection may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
• Items returned after the 14-day period are not eligible for refund.

Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons and safety, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or show new signs of use beyond what was present at purchase.

8. Limitations of Liability

We do our best to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all items, but the buyer is responsible for washing or disinfecting items before use.
Claire Josserand Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the purchased items.
