Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship within the UK, Ireland and France. Delivery to Europe is possible but expect a delay, please contact us
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of payment.
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Delivery delays caused by courier services are outside of our control.
- We offer home or pickup point delivery through trusted partners (Evri, Yodel and their delivery networks).
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weightdestination and delivery option.
- Please double-check your shipping address. In case of an error, reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
- If a package is not collected in time at the pickup point, reshipping fees will apply. If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund the order amount excluding the original shipping costs, once the parcel is returned in good condition.
Returns and Refunds
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is faulty or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bebedeer.com. We may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund. We may ask you to return the item before issuing a refund. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. As all items are pre-loved, minor signs of previous wear are normal, but any major defect will always be shown in the photos and description.
Right of Withdrawal (UK & France)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at hello@bebedeer.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 additional days to return the items to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received themwithout any additional wear, stains, odours or damage.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items, using the original payment method.
