Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may be able to modify or cancel it. After that, changes may not be possible.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards but may add this option in the future.

Products Quality

Are all your clothes second-hand?

All our items are second-hand, carefully selected and cleaned. Some may be brand new but have been purchased second-hand — for example, never worn or still with tags.

How do you ensure the quality and cleanliness of second-hand items?

Each item is washed and carefully inspected to ensure it is clean, safe, and in excellent condition before being listed.We select only second-hand pieces that look and feel like new, unless stated otherwise in the description.

Are the clothes checked for safety (e.g., no loose buttons, no harmful materials)?

Yes, we carefully check for any hazards such as loose buttons or damage and remove any items that don’t meet our standards.

How accurate are the product descriptions and photos?

We take great care to provide clear photos and detailed descriptions, including any visible wear or flaws.

Can children with allergies wear your clothes?

As all our items are second-hand, they may have been in contact with animals before being cleaned. While we wash every piece, we cannot guarantee they’re completely free of pet dander or other allergens. If your child has severe allergies, please get in touch – we will do our best to recommend items less likely to cause a reaction.

How should I care for my second-hand items?

We recommend washing all items before first wear, following the care instructions on the label, using a mild baby detergent, and a gentle wash cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, and other secure third-party payment providers.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes, all payments are processed securely through trusted providers. We do not store your payment card details.

No, there are no extra fees for any payment method.

Shipping Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, Ireland and France only.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days after payment. Delivery times vary by location and courier but usually take 2–5 working days for UK and 6-10 working days for Ireland and France.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

Please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Returns Refunds

Items must be in the same condition as received, meaning unworn by you, unwashed, and with no additional signs of wear or damage.As all our clothes are second-hand, we do not accept returns if the item’s condition has changed after delivery.

You can request a refund if:
– You change your mind within 14 days of delivery (item must be returned in the same condition as received)
– The item you received is faulty or not as describedIn both cases, please contact us first before returning the item. We’ll issue your refund once we’ve received and checked the returned product.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds if:

– The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

– The return request is made after the 14-day window

What is your returns policy?

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of delivery, as long as it is in the same condition as received — that means unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and showing no additional signs of use.
